Frank was born in Buffalo, NY but spent his whole life and grew up on Long Island in Freeport, NY. He moved to Massachusetts in 1994 and has resided in New Hampshire since 2003
Prior to entering the legal field, Frank’s diverse background includes time spent employed by Major League Baseball as a Marketing & Operations Director for the Arizona Fall League.
Frank is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, State of New Hampshire and the State of New York.
He received his B.S. from Fairfield University (1989), his Masters in Sports Management & Administration from St. John’s University (1993) and was awarded his J.D., cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School (2000). Frank served as a Note Editor for the Suffolk University Law Review from 1998-2000.
He enjoys spending his free time golfing, playing/coaching ice hockey and family vacations when time allows. Frank also founded a summer elite travel hockey tournament team that competes in Montreal and local area tournaments throughout the Summer.
Frank resides in Windham, NH and is married to Ann and has one daughter, Allison, one son, Matt and a dog named Bauer.
