Christopher R. Vaccaro concentrates his practice in real estate and banking, representing developers and financial institutions in commercial and residential transactions. His practice includes real estate development, condominiums, leasing, zoning, permitting, litigation, and loan restructuring. He also practices in the areas of business organization, employment contracts, and confidentiality and non-competition agreements.
Chris was admitted to the Texas bar in 1984, the Massachusetts bar in 1988, and the United States District Court for Massachusetts in 2000. He received his B.A., with honors, from Tufts University, and his J.D., with honors, from Boston College Law School, where he was the Managing Editor of Finance for the Boston College Law Review. Chris has been an active member of the Real Estate Bar Association of Massachusetts since 1997. He is the author of the monthly “Law of the Land” column in Banker & Tradesman, and has published articles in other periodicals, including Boston Business Journal, Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly, and Lawyers Journal.
Chris is a member of the Board of Directors of Bridgewell, a leading human services nonprofit in northeastern Massachusetts. He is a former Chairman of the Reading Board of Appeals and has also served as an assistant coach with Reading Youth Hockey and Reading United Soccer.
