Attorney Stephen Bazarian is a partner specializing in Litigation. His practice focuses primarily on tort defense, including premises liability, product liability, and foodborne illness litigation. He also has substantial experience representing clients in complex business and commercial litigation and large-scale debt collection and other creditors’ rights actions. Mr. Bazarian’s practice also includes litigating disputes for commercial landlords and property managers. His clients include a nationwide supermarket chain, for whom he is lead defense counsel for all of the company’s general liability cases in New England. Mr. Bazarian’s thirty years of experience enable him to advise a wide range of clients with regard to potential disputes and to represent those clients through litigation, at trial, and in appeal. Mr. Bazarian is a graduate of Boston College Law School and received his undergraduate degree from the University of Richmond, where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa. He is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, the State of Connecticut, and the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut. Mr. Bazarian is also Dalton & Finegold LLP’s General Counsel.

• Conklin, et al. v. Perdue, et al. (Suffold Superior Court, 2002) (obtained defense verdict for corporation and its presidents after 7-day jury trial where plantiff brought claims of usurpation of corporate opportunity and breach of fiduciary duties and sought damages of $28,000,000:
• 2008 Ground Beef-Related E. coli O157:H7 Multi-State Outbreak (defended supermarket chain against claims of approximately 42 individuals alleging injuries in multi-state E.coli O157:H7 outbreak).
