Attorney Brendan Boyle is a Partner at the firm concentrating in Commercial Real Estate and Business law with a focus on the financing, acquisition, disposition and leasing of commercial real estate. Mr. Boyle joined Dalton & Finegold in 2012. Mr. Boyle represents institutional and private lenders in the structuring and documentation of commercial real estate loans and the negotiation of documents evidencing such loans. He also represents individual and institutional developers and investors in connection with the acquisition, disposition and leasing of commercial real estate. In addition to his commercial real estate practice, Mr. Boyle represents individuals and existing companies in connection with organizational formation and general corporate matters. Mr. Boyle holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston College, and received his law degree, cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School. He is a member of the Boston chapters of the Real Estate Finance Association, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association, the Urban Land Institute, the Boston College Club and the Boston College Alumni Association. He is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the State of New Hampshire.
