Attorney Eric C. Nadeau is a Partner specializing in litigation. His practice primarily focuses on representing institutional landlords, general contractors/subcontractors, developers and business owners in matters ranging from residential and commercial evictions, fair housing defense, construction litigation, civil litigation, corporate matters and commercial transactions. Attorney Nadeau routinely appears before all Housing Court divisions as well as various District and Superior Courts across the Commonwealth. Attorney Nadeau has also represented clients before the American Arbitration Association and numerous Mediation agencies. Attorney Nadeau earned his Bachelor’s degree from Bridgewater State University and received his Juris Doctorate from New England Law | Boston. While attending New England Law | Boston, Attorney Nadeau worked full time as a law clerk and was a member of the “New England Law Review Journal on Criminal and Civil Confinement.” Attorney Nadeau is licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and before the United States District Court, District of Massachusetts.
