Jesse Geller, is senior counsel to the firm and concentrates his practice in the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate, including extensive experience in acquisition/sale, development and construction, financing and leasing transactions. Mr. Geller also represents borrowers and lenders in secured commercial lending transactions. Mr. Geller’s practice includes representing clients in connection with business formations and the acquisition/sale of small businesses and other business related matters, with a concentration in the purchase, ownership and sale of restaurants and other food and beverage establishments.
Mr. Geller was born in Chinon, France and was raised in Gloucester, Massachusetts. He is a 1983 graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and a 1986 graduate of Boston University School of Law. Mr. Geller has been a member since 2006 and is Chairman of the Town of Brookline Zoning Board of Appeals (American Planning Association Massachusetts Chapter 2021 Citizen Planning Award) and is a past President of the Yavneh Corporation. Mr. Geller is admitted to practice in Massachusetts.
