Attorney Kevin F. Yetman is a Partner at the firm specializing in Commercial Real Estate Law.  Mr. Yetman represents developers and lenders in all facets of commercial real estate transactions, including financing, acquisition, disposition, ownership structuring and leasing of commercial real estate.  In his lender practice, Mr. Yetman represents institutional and private lenders in the structuring and documentation of commercial real estate loans.  In his owner/developer practice, Mr. Yetman represents developers and investors in connection with the acquisition, disposition and leasing of commercial real estate.  Mr. Yetman joined Dalton & Finegold in 2021 and prior to joining the firm, Mr. Yetman founded and ran Waypoint Real Estate Development, which operated a commercial portfolio of industrial and mixed-use assets.  Mr. Yetman received his undergraduate Bachelor of Arts degree with a concentration in economics from Hamilton College and his J.D. from Villanova University School of Law. He is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.  Mr. Yetman resides in Weston with his wife, Heather and their 3 boys, Brooks, Cooper and Wyatt.
