Attorney Shannon Slaughter is a partner at the firm specializing in litigation at the trial court and appellate court level. Her practice involves resolving complex title litigation including determination of title and clearing title defects for recorded and registered land, complex land use litigation involving breach of contract claims, easement disputes, adverse possession claims, determination of ownership of tidelands, zoning appeals, enforcement of restrictive covenants, construction defects, fraudulent title and conveyances, condominium disputes and probate disputes involving contested petitions, incapacity, undue influence claims, and fraud claims. Attorney Slaughter is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Massachusetts, and the State of New Hampshire.
